Equity Management & Accountancy Corporation will not refund any fees received if a service has been provided in its entirety and the client then wishes to cancel that service after 30 days of the day payment was received.
In the event that the client desires to have a service cancelled within the 30-day period and Equity Management & Accountancy Corporation has not completed that service but work has already started whereby some disbursements were paid, such disbursements and time charges will not be refunded. However, the remaining funds will be refunded less any charges to return the funds.
